Announcement No.103, 2005 on Releasing the List of Textile Products Subject to Interim Administration to be Exported to the EU

[2005] No.103

With consideration to the adjustment of a part of Customs commodity codes that involves some codes of the ten categories of textiles exported to EU, adjusted List of Commodities under Provisional Administration of Textiles Exported to EU (please refer to Appendix) are now announced. It will take effect as form Jan 1, 2005 and the former Commodities List under Provisional Administration of Textiles Export (Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Announcement No.45, 2005) will be terminated at the same time.
