Announcement No.106 2005 of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, Releasing the Catalogue of Electromechanical Products subject to Automatic Import Licensing in 2006

[2005] No.106

In accordance with Administrative Measures on Permission of Automatic Import of Commodity (Decree No.26, 2004 of Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs), Catalogue of Electromechanical Products subject to Automatic Import Licensing in 2006 is now released. It will take effect as from Jan 1, 2006, and Announcement No.94 of Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs are abolished at the same time.
