Announcement No.7, 2007 of People's Bank of China, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Taxation, On Annulling the Circular of Distributing the Detailed Rules on Reward and Punishments of Provisional Regulations on Examination of Foreign Exchange Collection

[2007] No. 7

With the consideration and research of People's Bank of China, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Taxation, the Circular of Distributing the Detailed Rules on Reward and Punishments of Provisional Regulations on Examination of Foreign Exchange Collection (2000 No.[58]) shall be annulled as of March 8, 2007.
