Announcement on Penalizing Enterprises Failing to Pay Deposit of Winning Bid of the Second Public Bidding of Applicable Quantities of Textiles Exported to EU and the USA in 2006

List of enterprises falling to pay earnest money of winning bid of the second public bidding of applicable quantities of textiles exported to EU and the USA in 2006 is now announced (refer to Appendix). In accordance with related regulations of Article 38 of Measures of Public Bidding of Exported Commodity Quotas and Article 34 of Detailed Implementing Rules of Applicable Textile Export Quantity of Public Bidding, the Tendering Board will take back bid-winning quantities of above enterprises, whose bidding qualifications of relevant categories of 2006 and 2007 will be cancelled at the same time.
