Announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on Catalog of Goods Prohibited from Import (No. 1)

In accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's republic of China and the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods, the Catalog of Goods Prohibited from Import and the Catalog of Goods Prohibited from Export are hereby promulgated. As for the other goods prohibited from import or export that have not been included in the present catalogs, the existing provisions shall still be implemented, and the MOFTEC will promulgate relevant catalogs one by one in the future.
