Circular of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Issuing the First Achievement Distribution Plan of Textile Exported to the U.S. and EU in 2007

In accordance with Circular of the Ministry of Commerce, on Issuing the First Achievement Distribution of the Applicable Quantity of Textile Exported to the U.S. and EU in 2007 and the operators' applications submitted by the local departments of commercial administration, First Achievement Distribution Plan of Textile Exported to the U.S. and EU in 2007 is now promulgated (see Appendix for details). Matters of concern are notified as follows:

The local departments of commercial administration shall forward this Circular to the operators with permitted export amount and issue related Export License in accordance with permitted export amount and Specifications for the Application and Issuing of Temporary Textile Export License.

2.

The related operators shall arrange the transaction and transportation of the limited textile products in 2007 in accordance with permitted export amount.

3.

China International Electronic Commerce Centre shall be in charge of the data processing of the permitted export amount.
