Circular of the People's Bank of China for 6 Financial Institutions to Handle Micro-payment System

Kunming City Commercial Bank and other 5 financial institutions have signed the "Main Agreement on Micro-payment System Pledge Business" with the People's Bank of China. The said group of financial institutions will officially handle micro-payment system pledge business as from November 20, 2006.
