LETTER OF CHINA BANKING REGULATORY COMMISSION CONCERNING APPROVING INDIA UTI BANK LIMITED TO ESTABLISH SHANGHAI REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE

Letter of China Banking Regulatory Commission concerning Approving India UTI Bank Limited to Establish Shanghai Representative Office

India UTI Bank Limited,

This Commission has received the letter which was signed by Mr. P. J. Nayak, the Chairman of the board of directors and the executing director of your bank,

You are hereby approved to establish a representative office in Shanghai, whose Chinese name is "印度尤缇艾银行有限公司上海代表处" and whose name in English is " UTI Bank Limited, Shanghai Representative Office ", according to the Measures on the Administration of Foreign-funded Financial Institutions' Representative Offices in China (Order No. 8, 2002 of the People's Bank of China) (hereinafter referred to as these Measures)

According to the related provisions of these Measures, upon approval, Raj Kumar Khosa is granted to have the qualifications as the chief representative of this Representative Office.
