We have received the Instruction on Verification of Imported Fertilizer Appropriation Price (Zhong Hua Fei [2005]No. 48) from your corporation. In accordance with the provisions of the central government concerning price of imported fertilizer, the delivery price list of part of imported fertilizer operated by your company (in appendix) are printed and transmitted to you and the Notice is hereby given as follows:

The price listed in the form refers to the price in association with packaging; the place of delivery refers to dock and harbor. Price includes: CFI converted to RMB, insurance premium, commodity inspection fee, bank's service charge, customs clearance fee, tariff, reasonable depletion, bag-filling fee for unpacked fertilizer and rational running expenses for your company.
