Notice of the Supreme People's Court on the Third Civil Division of This Court shall be Officially Addressed as "Intellectual Property Division"

The higher people's Courts of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the military courts of the P LA, the Production and Construction Army Corps Branch of the Higher People's Court of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region:

The Third Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court shall be officially addressed as "Intellectual Property Division of the Supreme People's Court", according to the requirements of adjudicative work and upon the approval of the General Office of the Central Organization & Staffing Committee. The people's courts at various local levels which have established an intellectual property adjudicative organ shall regard it as reference.
