The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress about Amending the Auction Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 11th session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on August 28th, 2004. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.

The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress about Amending the Auction Law of the People's Republic of China

The 11th session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China decides to amend the Auction Law of the People's Republic of China as follows:

1.

Paragraph 3 of Article 5 shall be deleted.

2.

Article 5 (3) shall be deleted.

This Decision shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

The Auction Law of the People's Republic of China shall be re-promulgated after it has been amended in accordance with this Decision.
