China Council for the Promotion of Internation Trade:
The State Council approves the renaming of the Foreign Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission of your Council as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.ŸŸ The existing relationship of its subordination remains unchanged and its scope of handling cases covers all disputes arising from international economic and trade transactions.
The Arbitration Rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission shall be amended by your Council in accordance with China's laws and the international treaties concluded or acceded to by China and with reference to international practice, and then promulgated for implementation after adoption by your Council.ŸŸ Hereafter, any amendments to the Arbitration Rules shall be made by your Council's own decision.
