AMENDMENT OF ITS ARBITRATION RULES

China Council for the Promotion of
International Trade:
The State Council approves the renaming of the Maritime Arbitration Commission of your Council as the China Maritime Arbitration Commission."" The existing relationship of its subordination remains unchanged.
The Arbitration Rules of the China Maritime Arbitration Commission shall be amended by your Council in accordance with China's laws and international treaties concluded or acceded to by China and with reference to international practice, and then promulgated for implementation after adoption by your Council."" Hereafter, any amendments to the Arbitration Rules shall be made by your Council's own decision.
