Interpretation of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People' s Congress on Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Liquidation of Enterprises

 (Adopted at the second meeting of Standing Committee of the third Shenzhen Municipal People' s Congress on October 24, 2000.)

The second meeting of Standing Committee of the third Shenzhen Municipal People' s Congress has discussed the Proposal of the Municipal People' s Government on Submitting Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Liquidation of Enterprises for Interpretation, and decided to make the following interpretation on the aforesaid paragraph:

"Investors" , as referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Liquidation of Enterprises, include the shareholders of joint-stock limited companies and limited liability companies, and also include the investors affirmed by effective judgments of the people' s court or effective arbitraments of arbitral agencies.
