An Act to amend the [2]Indian Registration Act, 1908, in its application to the Punjab

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1. Short title.-- This Act may be called the [3]Indian Registration (Punjab Amendment) Act, 1911.

2. Amendment of section 22 of Act XVI of 1908.-- The Indian Registration Act, 1908 shall, in its application to the Punjab, be amended as follows:-

In sub-section (1) of section 22 of the said Act, the words "not being houses in towns" shall be omitted.
