An Act to further amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan

Preamble.-- WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan in the manner hereinafter appearing;

It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement.-- (1) This Act may be called the Registration (West Pakistan Amendment) Act, 1967.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of section 30 of Act XVI of 1908.-- Sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908) in its application to the Province of West Pakistan shall be re-numbered as section 30 and sub-section (2) thereof shall be omitted.
