Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform

Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has taken control over the State Administration, the Council for Democratic Reform under Constitutional Monarchy hereby announces, for the keeping of public order, that the Martial Law shall be enforced through out the Kingdom of Thailand, and in the mean time the Announcement on Emergency Situation within the area of Bangkok Metropolis, dated 19th September B.E. 2549 (2006), shall be repealed, as from 21.05 hours of
the 19th September B.E. 2549 (2006).
