No. 17
Re: Delegation of State Administration Power
Pursuant to the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No. 4, dated
19th September B.E. 2549 (2006), that all powers
and duties prescribed by laws
as powers and duties of the Prime Minister or the Council of Ministers shall
be powers and duties
of the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform
or
a person entrusted by the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform under
Constitutional Monarchy.
In order to facilitate the administration of the Office of the Royal Thai Police, the Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police is hereby entrusted, from now on, to perform the powers and duties of the Prime Minister or the Council of Ministers in place of the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform, particularly to the administration and the performance of official duties of the Royal Thai Police, unless otherwise is announced.
