No. 20
Re: Appointed Committee still Existing
Pursuant to the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No. 3, dated
19th September B.E. 2549 (2006), dissolving the
Council of Ministers, the committees
as appointed by the Council of Ministers, Prime Minister or Ministers had therefore
been
terminated, except the committees established by the provisions of laws.
In order to enable those committees to continue their
tasks, it is hereby announces
that those committees are still existing to perform their duties. If the government
agency which
proposed the establishment of any committee is of opinion that
such committee should be dissolved or revised, the Permanent Secretary
of such
Ministry shall submit that matter to the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic
Reform for decision. As for the
committee having the Prime Minister as Chairperson,
the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform or a person entrusted
by
the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform shall be Chairperson of
such committee. As for the committee having
the Deputy Prime Minister as Chairperson,
the Vice-Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform or a person entrusted
by
the Vice-Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform shall be Chairperson
of such committee.
This Announcement shall be in force until the Council of Ministers has been appointed to carry out the administration of the State affairs.
