Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No. 3 - [2006] THCDR 3 (19 September 2006)

Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform
No. 3

Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has taken control over the State administration, the Council for Democratic Reform hereby announces, for the national public order, as follows:

(1) the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2540 (1997) shall be repealed;
(2) the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Council of Ministers and the Constitutional Court shall come to an end simultaneously with the Constitution;
(3) the Privy Council shall continue holding office and performing its duties;
(4) all Courts other than the Constitutional Court shall have the power to consider and adjudicate the cases under the laws and under the Announcements of the Council for Democratic Reform.
