Re: State Administration Power

Whereas a number of legislations prescribe the powers and duties of the Prime Minister and Ministers for the execution of those legislations, the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform hereby announces, for the execution of those legislations, as follows:

Clause 1. During the vacancy of the Prime Minister, all powers and duties prescribed by laws as powers and duties of the Prime Minister or the Council of Ministers shall be the powers and duties of the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform or a person entrusted by the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform.

Clause 2. During the vacancy of the Minister, all powers and duties prescribed by laws as the powers and duties of the Minister to any Ministry shall be powers and duties of the Permanent Secretary to such Ministry, unless otherwise ordered by the Chairperson of the Council for Democratic Reform.
