Re: Prohibition for Political Assembling
Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform has announced that the Martial Law
shall be enforced through out the Kingdom of Thailand
as from 21.05 hours of
19th September B.E. 2549 (2006). In order to protect the State administration
during the period of the
application of the Martial Law from any problem and
obstacle, any assembling of five persons or more with political objective
at
any place shall be prohibited.
Any person who violates such prohibition shall be liable to imprisonment for
a term of not exceeding 6 months or to a fine of
not exceeding 10,000 Baht,
or to both.
