THE GOVERNMENT DECREE No.103/1997/ND-CP of October 17, 1997 amending Article 36 of the Statute on the Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation. To amend the third paragraph, Point a, Item 2 of Article 36 of the said Statute as follows:" The Corporation is entitled to mobilize basic depreciation funds under the State ownership from its independent cost-accounting member enterprises on the principle of recording the capital's increase or decrease. The annual mobilization level shall be based on the Corporation's centralized investment plan, decided by the General Director under the authorization of the Managing Board and with the consent of the Ministry of Finance.".- (Summary)
