DECREE No. 53/2000/ND-CP of September 25, 2000 adjusting administrative boundaries of and expanding Phu Ly provincial town, Ha Nam province To adjust the administrative boundaries of Kim Bang, Duy Tien, Thanh Liem districts for the expansion of Phu Ly provincial town, Ha Nam province, as follows: To merge in status quo Phu Van and Chau Son communes of Kim Bang district, Liem Trung commune of Thanh Liem district and Lam Ha commune of Duy Tien district into Phu Ly provincial town; After the adjustment of administrative boundaries of the above-said districts for its expansion, Phu Ly provincial town shall have a land area of 3,424.87 ha and a population of 70,495.-
