DECREE No. 52/2000/ND-CP of September 25, 2000 adjusting administrative boundary of Bao Lac district for the establishment of Bao Lam district, Cao Bang province To establish Bao Lam district on the basis of a land area of 90,249 ha and a population of 44,333 of Bao Lac district. After the adjustment of administrative boundary for the establishment of Bao Lam district, Bao Lac district shall have a land area of 91,926 ha and a population of 45,796, comprising 14 dependent administrative units (13 communes and 1 district township).-
