DECREE No. 51/2000/ND-CP of September 25, 2000 adjusting administrative boundary of Hong Dan district for the establishment of Phuoc Long district, Bac Lieu province To establish Phuoc Long district on the basis of a land area of 40,482 ha and a population of 101,322 of Hong Dan district. After the adjustment of administrative boundary for the establishment of Phuoc Long district, Hong Dan district shall have a land area of 42,118 ha and a population of 91,306, comprising 7 dependent administrative units (6 communes and 1 district township).-
