Decision No.368-TTg of June 4, 1996 of the Prime Minister, appointing a new member to the Central Steering Committee on dwelling houses and residential land policies.

To appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Kiem, Vice Minister of Construction as member of the Central Steering Committee on dwelling houses and residential land policies, replacing Mr. Pham Si Lien who has retired.-
