DECISION

Amending and supplementing Clause 3, Article 3 of the Regulation on sending cadres and civil servants for overseas training and retraining with the state budget source

This Decision amends and supplements Clause 3, Article 3 of the Regulation on sending cadres and civil servants for overseas training and retraining with the state budget source, issued together with Decision No. 104/2005/QD-BNV of October 3, 2005.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
