DECREE No.9/1998/ND-CP of January 23, 1998 amending and supplementing Decree No.50-CP of July 26, 1995 of the Government on the regime of allowances for cadres in the communes, wards and townships.

This Decree stipulates the number of cadres working in Party organizations, local administration, Fatherland Front chapters or mass organizations at the commune, ward and township level, who are entitled to monthly cost-of-living allowances and some other regimes. The stipulations of Decree No.50-CP of July 26, 1995 of the Government on the regime of allowances for cadres in the communes, wards and townships which are contrary to this Decree are now annulled.- (Summary)
