JOINT CIRCULAR No. 23/2000/TTLT-BTM-BKHDT-BCN OF DECEMBER 29, 2000 ADJUSTING CLAUSE 3, SECTION IV OF JOINT CIRCULAR No. 19/2000/TTLT-BTM-BKHDT-BCN OF OCTOBER 16, 2000 Pursuant to Joint Circular No. 19/2000/TTLT-BTM-BKHDT-BCN of the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Industry of October 16, 2000; Pursuant to the Finance Ministers Decision No. 200/2000/QD-BTC of December 18, 2000 annulling the quota-fee levels of a number of textiles and garments items to be exported to the EU and Canadian markets. The Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry adjust the quota fee levels for textiles and garments to be exported to the EU market as prescribed in Appendix 01 issued together with Joint Circular No. 19/2000/TTLT-BTM-BKHDT-BCN of October 16, 2000 to the levels prescribed in the Appendix to this Circular. This Circular takes effect as from January 1, 2001 and other provisions still comply with Joint Circular No. 19/2000/TTLT-BTM-BKHDT of October 16, 2000. Categories (cat.) not on the above list shall not be liable to pay the quota fees upon their export to the EU market.-
