Decision No. 24/2004/QD-BTC of March 5, 2004 amending content of a border export declaration form The Finance Minister issued this Decision to abrogate the words "Note: This declaration is not valid for tax reimbursement" in the border export declaration form coded HQ/2002-XKBG promulgated together with Decision No. 1473/2002/QD-TCHQ of May 24, 2002 of the general director of Customs. For border export declarations made according to the said form before the effective date of this Decision and included in complete and valid dossiers, tax shall still be reimbursed according to current regulations. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
