DECISION No. 108/2003/QD-BCN of June 25, 2003 approving the Charter on organization and operation of Dien Quang Lamp Company To approve together with this Decision the Charter on organization and operation of Dien Quang Lamp Company. Dien Quang Lamp Company is an independent-accounting State enterprise under the Ministry of Industry, which is set up, invested and managed by the State in the capacity as its owner. The Company is specialized in producing and trading in assorted light bulbs, alkaline glass, neutral glass, ballast and starter; lighting equipment and accessories, and electric equipment; trading in raw materials and chemical supplies; dealing in other production/business lines according to law provisions and performing other tasks assigned by the Ministry of Industry.
