This Decision approves the Charter on organization and operation of Rang Dong Plastic Company.

Rang Dong Plastic Company is an independent cost-accounting State enterprise under the Ministry of Industry, which is set up, invested and managed by the State in the capacity as its owner.

The Company shall be tasked to produce, trade in, import and export plastic commodities according to the plannings and plans of the Ministry of Industry as well as market demands: making investment in, producing and selling products, importing and exporting raw materials, materials, auxiliary materials, equipment and spare parts, plastic products and other goods turned out by the Company; joining in ventures with domestic as well as foreign economic organizations; researching into and applying advanced technologies and techniques; training and fostering managerial and technical staff; dealing in other production and/or business lines according to law provisions and performing other tasks assigned by the Ministry of Industry.
