DECISION No. 106/2003/QD-BCN of June 25, 2003 approving the Charter on organization and operation of Sai Gon Shoes Company To approve together with this Decision the Charter on organization and operation of Sai Gon Shoes Company. Sai Gon Shoes Company is an independent-accounting State enterprise under the Ministry of Industry, which is set up, invested and managed by the State in the capacity as its owner. The Company is specialized in producing and trading in assorted garment, leather, leatherette and footwear commodities, handbags, products made of leather as well as other raw materials and auxiliary materials in service of the leather and shoe industry according to the granted business registration certificates and import/export permits.
