To approve together with this Decision the Charter on organization and operation of Vietnam Ceramic and Glass Corporation.

Vietnam Ceramic and Glass Corporation is an independent-accounting State enterprise under the Ministry of Industry, which is set up, invested and managed by the State in the capacity as its owner.

The Corporation is specialized in producing and trading in assorted ceramic and glass raw materials, materials and products, lighting equipment, machinery and equipment; trading in chemical supplies, petrol and oil, iron and steel, equipment and accessories; providing investment consultancy, conducting technological transfer research and training; designing, manufacturing and installing equipment, building specialized and civil works; leasing warehouses, storing yards and workshops; conducting direct import/export; dealing in tourist, hotel, fair, exhibition, information and advertisement, and transport services; dealing in other production/business lines according to law provisions and performing other tasks assigned by the Ministry of Industry.
