DECISION No. 135/QD-TTg of January 30, 2003 approving the general plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the Peoples Committee of Ninh Thuan province in the 2003-2005 period Enterprises where the State continues to hold 100% of their charter capital and their legal person status remains unchanged: 5 public-utility enterprises and 4 enterprises engaged in business activities. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their charter capital: 2 enterprises in 2003, 1 in 2004 and 3 in 2005. Enterprises and sections of enterprises to be equitized with the State holding under 50% of their charter capital or holding no shares: 1 enterprise in 2003, 2 in 2004 and 1 in 2005.
