DECISION No. 133/QD-TTg of January 30, 2003 approving the general plan on re-organization and renovation of State enterprises under the Peoples Committee of Soc Trang province in the 2003-2005 period Enterprises where the State continues to hold 100% of their charter capital and their legal person status remains unchanged: 1 public-utility enterprise and 5 enterprises engaged in business activities. Enterprises to be equitized where the State holds more than 50% of their charter capital: 4 enterprises in 2003 and 1 enterprise in 2004. Enterprises to be equitized where the State holds under 50% of their charter capital or does not hold shares: 2 enterprises in 2003, 1 enterprise in 2004, and 1 enterprise in 2005.
