DECISION No. 103/2003/QD-TTg of May 27, 2003 approving the master plan for reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the Ministry of Culture and Information till 2005 Enterprises continue to be legal entities: 17. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding shares at low rates or holding no shares: 5 in 2003 and 2 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding over 50% of their total shares: 6 in 2004 and 5 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of shares when shares are sold for the first time: 2 in 2004 and 2 in 2005. Enterprise to be sold or assigned to laborers: 1 in 2004. To maintain the legal entity of Vietnam Book Distribution Corporation and rename it Vietnam Book Corporation.- (Summary)
