DECISION No. 80/2003/QD-TTg of April 29, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the Ministry of Defense in the 2003-2005 period Enterprises whose 100% charter capital continues to be held by the State and whose legal person status remains unchanged: 62 public-utility enterprises and 30 business enterprises. Public-utility enterprises to be set up: 3. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of their charter capital when shares are sold for the first time: 1 in 2003, 5 in 2004 and 2 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding under 50% of their charter capital or holding no shares: 1 in 2003, 1 in 2004 and 1 in 2005. Enterprise to be merged: 32 in 2003, 4 in 2004 and 2 in 2005. Enterprises to be dissolved: 3 in 2003. Enterprise to be declared bankrupt: 1 in 2003. Enterprise to experimentally operate after the parent company-affiliate company model: 1 in 2003. For State corporations: 4 State corporations shall have their legal person status unchanged, and their member enterprises reorganized.- (Summary)
