DECISION No. 395/QD-TTg of April 10, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the Peoples Committee of Ninh Binh province till 2005 Enterprises where the State holds 100% of their charter capital and their legal person status remains unchanged: 7 public-utility enterprises and 8 business enterprises. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their total shares: 1 in 2003, 3 in 2004 and 4 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding shares at low rates or holding no shares: 4 in 2003. Enterprises to be sold or assigned to laborers collectives: 7 in 2003, 3 in 2004 and 1 in 2005.
