DECISION No. 72/2003/QD-TTg of April 29, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the Peoples Committee of Quang Nam province till 2005 Enterprises whose 100% charter capital continues to be held by the State and whose legal person status remains unchanged: 3 public-utility enterprises and 12 business enterprises. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their charter capital: 3 in 2003, 6 in 2004 and 2 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of their shares when shares are sold for the first time: 1 in 2003 and 1 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding shares at low rates or holding no shares: 6 in 2003, 5 in 2004 and 5 in 2005. Enterprises to be merged: 13 in 2003. Enterprises to be relocated to other places: 5 in 2003. Enterprises to be assigned: 2 in 2003. Enterprise to be transformed into non-business unit with revenues: 1 in 2003.
