DECISION No. 221/QD-TTg of February 25, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the Peoples Committee of Quang Ngai province till 2005 Enterprises with the State holding 100% of their charter capital: 6 enterprises whose legal person status remains unchanged; 2 enterprises shall be transformed into one-member limited liability companies (in 2003); and 4 enterprises whose legal person status remains unchanged for the implementation of the master program on reorganization of agricultural and forestry farms. Enterprise to be merged: 1 in 2003. Enterprises to be consolidated: 3 in 2003. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their charter capital: 3 in 2003, 1 in 2004 and 2 in 2005. Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding under 50% of their charter capital: 4 in 2003 and 2 in 2004. Enterprises to be transformed into non-business units with revenues: 2 in 2003.
