DECISION No. 50/2004/QD-TTg of March 31, 2004 approving the scheme on experimental transformation of Sai Gon Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Corporation to operate after the parent company - affiliate company model This scheme aims to boost production, raise economic efficiency and competitiveness of Sai Gon Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Corporation (SABECO) in line with the overall planning on development of beer, alcohol and beverage industry till 2010 already approved by the Prime Minister. Under this scheme, SABECO's managerial organization is going to be reformed from administrative association to investment and capital-contribution alignment between the parent company, affiliate companies and associated companies, which shall be transformed and inherit lawful rights and interests as well as obligations from member enterprises of the former Sai Gon Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Corporation according to specific roadmaps for 2004 and 2005. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary) |
