Decision No.605-TTg of August 31, 1996 of the Prime Minister allowing the television service to use earnings from advertisements for its development. The whole earning, after making a deduction for remittance to the State Budget, shall be used only for its development investment under the projects already ratified by the competent authority. This Decision takes effects from September 1st, 1996.- (Summary)
