DECREE

Detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Social Insurance Law regarding compulsory social insurance for armymen, people’s public security officers and persons engaged in cipher work who enjoy salaries like armymen or people’s public security officers

This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.” The regimes provided for in this Decree apply from January 1, 2007.

This Decree replaces Decree No. 45/CP of July 15, 1995; Decree No. 89/2003/ND-CP of August 5, 2003; Articles 4 and 5, Clause 5 of Article 6, and Article 12 of Decree No. 04/2001/ND-CP of January 16, 2001; Point c, Clause 1, Article 17, and Point f, Clause 1, Article 18 of Decree No. 43/2007/ND-CP of March 26, 2007; Articles 4 and 5, Clause 4 of Article 6, and Article 12 of Decree No. 102/2004/ND-CP of February 27, 2004; Clause 1 of Article 1, and Article 3 of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 595/TTg of December 15, 1993; and Article 3 of Decision No. 812/TTg of December 12, 1995.- (Summary)
