DECISION No. 02/2004/QD-BNV of January 15, 2004 approving the charter of Vietnam Federation Association of Civil Engineering This Decision approves the 7-chapter and 22-article charter of Vietnam Federation Association of Civil Engineering (VIFACE), which was adopted on November 28, 2003 at its national congress. VIFACE is a voluntary socio-professional organization of specialized construction associations, provincial/municipal construction associations, collective association members and members of specialized associations engaged in the construction domain, who unite and strive together to make their contributions to the national construction in the industrialization and modernization period. VIFACE shall be organized and operate on the principles of voluntarism, self-management and self-financing. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
