DECISION No. 27/2004/QD-BNN of July 30, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of Region-VII Plant Quarantine Sub-Department Region-VII Plant Quarantine Sub-Department is an unit under the Plant Protection Department, functioning to perform the State management over plant quarantine, having the legal person status, its own seal, operation funding and bank accounts. The Sub-Department is headquartered at 98B Ngo Quyen street, Dong Kinh ward, Lang Son provincial capital, and operates in Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces.
