DECISION No. 34/2004/QD-BNN of July 30, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Northern Plant Protection Drug Expertise Center The Northern Plant Protection Drug Expertise Center is a plant protection non-business unit under the Plant Protection Department, having the legal person status, its own seal, operation funding and bank accounts. The Center is headquartered at 149 Ho Dac Di street, Dong Da district, Hanoi, and operates in the Northern and Central Vietnam and Central Highlands provinces, from Khanh Hoa province northward. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
