DECISION No. 35/2004/QD-BNN of July 30, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Southern Plant Protection Drug Expertise Center The Southern Plant Protection Drug Expertise Center is a plant protection non-business unit under the Plant Protection Department, having the legal person status, its own seal, operation funding and bank accounts. The Center is headquartered at 28 Mac Dinh Chi street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city, and operates in the provinces from Ninh Thuan southward.
