DECREE

Establishing Bac Ninh city of Bac Ninh province

Under this Decree, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO,” Bac Ninh city of Bac Ninh province shall have the whole land area of 26.34 km2, the whole population of 121,028 and 10 dependent administrative units (9 wards and one commune) of Bac Ninh town.- (Summary)
